About the RoleWe are seeking an Entry-Level Team Manager to oversee small operational teams working on international projects. This role focuses on team coordination, performance tracking, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support a team of field or remote employeesAssign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure quality standardsAct as the main point of contact between team members and project stakeholdersProvide guidance, onboarding, and basic training to new team membersTrack progress and report on team performance and project statusEnsure compliance with project guidelines and timelinesRequirementsStrong leadership potential and communication skillsAbility to motivate and manage a teamOrganized, reliable, and proactive approach to workTech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systemsExperience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)Comfortable working with and processing large data setsProficiency with AI tools and openness to leveraging them in daily workPrevious coordination/ volunteering or team support experience is a plusLanguagesEnglish (at least B2) – requiredUkrainian (native) – requiredAdditional languages – a plusWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
