This isn’t a passive sourcing role: they want someone thoughtful about quality, able to identify strong design work, and who engages candidates with care and intention.You’ll play a key role in identifying and engaging top design talent across the UK and Europe, working closely with their recruiting team and clients.They also welcome full-cycle recruiters with strong design hiring experience. You can start as a sourcer, working closely with the team and founder, and if you’re interested grow into a full-cycle recruiter over time.
