Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and driven Bilingual HR Manager (Spanish/English) to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be based in Texas. This role will oversee day-to-day HR operations, support a diverse workforce, and serve as a key partner to leadership in driving employee engagement, compliance, and organizational success.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboardingServe as a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, supporting both English and Spanish-speaking employeesEnsure compliance with federal, state (Texas), and local employment laws and regulationsPartner with leadership to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practicesHRIS & Data ManagementManage and maintain the company’s HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across all employee recordsOversee employee data entry, updates, audits, and reporting within systems such as Paychex or similar platformsGenerate and analyze HR metrics (headcount, turnover, performance trends) to support leadership decision-makingIdentify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation, system enhancements, and operational efficienciesAct as the internal subject matter expert for HR systems, including troubleshooting and user supportPayroll AdministrationOversee and/or support end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all employeesCoordinate with payroll providers to manage wages, bonuses, deductions, and timekeeping dataEnsure compliance with federal and Texas payroll regulations, including employee classification, overtime, and tax requirementsReview payroll reports, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues proactivelyPartner with finance and leadership on compensation tracking, reporting, and workforce planningEmployee RelationsServe as a trusted advisor to both employees and leadership on employee relations mattersHandle employee concerns, complaints, and conflict resolution in a fair, consistent, and timely mannerConduct internal investigations and provide recommendations based on findingsCoach managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and effective communication strategiesPromote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment across a diverse, bilingual workforceDrive initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace cultureEnsure consistent application of company policies and procedures across all levels of the organizationAdditional ResponsibilitiesOversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and professional new hire experienceMaintain and manage HR documentation and compliance recordsAssist with benefits administration and employee communicationsSupport recruiting efforts as needed, including interview coordination and hiring processesQualifications5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership roleFluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is requiredStrong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law, particularly in TexasExperience working with blue-collar and/or field-based employees is a plusProven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalismStrong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Paychex or similar systems) preferredHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
