At its core is "the brain": a persistent, self-organizing knowledge base that ingests your ad data, creative playbooks, and performance learnings, then organizes them automatically.it's less "chat with a generic AI" and more "an informed coworker who already knows your account and picks up where you left off."we also just launched an MCP that lets Claude actually watch your ad videos — something no other integration on the market does today!The people building Motion are deeply embedded in where AI and our industry is heading, and obsessed with closing the gap between what's possible and what's actually shipping in product.You'll be a strong fit if you align with these qualities:A strong sense of ownership: you make decisions and move quickly to fix things quickly when they go wrong.A pragmatic mindset.
