Fluent is seeking an Account Manager, Audience Solutions that will support the Audience Solutions team in managing day-to-day client deliverables, segment request coordination, and cross-functional communication between commercial stakeholders and the data team. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with strong organizational skills, a curiosity for data-driven advertising, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.What You'll Do:Serve as a coordination layer between sales and client-facing teams and the Audience Solutions data engineering team, ensuring segment requests are submitted with complete information and tracked through to deliveryOwn intake documentation for incoming audience requests, gathering segment specifications, client deadlines, distribution targets, and data methodology requirementsManage the AS project queue: track ticket status, surface blockers, and communicate timeline updates to commercial stakeholdersSupport client-facing deliverables including segment availability confirmations, match test results, and audience performance summariesAssist in maintaining the Audience Solutions segment catalog — keeping naming conventions, CPM tiers, and vertical classifications current and accurateSupport leadership on QBR prep, client reporting, and prioritization reviewsServe as a first point of contact for inbound AS requests from internal sales teamsRequirements1–3 years of experience in account management, media operations, ad tech, or a related fieldStrong written communication and project coordination skillsComfort navigating data-adjacent tools (project management platforms, CRMs, spreadsheets, or similar)Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholdersExposure to audience segmentation, programmatic advertising, or data marketplaces is a plusAbout Us Fluent, Inc.
