Elevate Talent Solutions is seeking an AI Content Engineer on behalf of a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. This role is ideal for someone who combines AI workflow expertise, content strategy, and technical understanding of IT environments.
Responsibilities:
- You will build and scale an AI-driven content production system that produces high-quality, authoritative content designed to perform in both traditional search and AI-powered platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.).
- Design and manage an AI-powered content pipeline (research, drafting, editing, publishing, optimization).
- Create and oversee production of long-form, high-quality content (blogs, guides, technical resources).
- Optimize content for search visibility and AI-generated results.
- Build and maintain topic clusters, internal linking, and content taxonomy.
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve content effectiveness.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and depth.
- Maintain high editorial standards and ensure all content meets quality benchmarks.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in IT or a related field (IT operations, consulting, MSP, ITSM/ITAM, etc.).
- 1+ year of hands-on experience working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar).
- Experience building or managing AI-driven workflows or automation systems.
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with SEO, content strategy, and CMS platforms.
- Basic scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in B2B SaaS.
- Knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, or enterprise software categories.
- Experience building content strategies that improved search rankings.
