The world’s most recognizable brands choose Fine Tune, including Cargill, Caterpillar, Valvoline, Pfizer, Tyson Foods, and American Cancer Society.This position will report toThe position will report to the VP of Facilities Management Services.Job OverviewFine Tune is recruiting for a National Account Manager to join the Facilities Management (FM) Services team. When Fine Tune negotiates and implements a new FM service agreement on behalf of clients, the National Accounts team ensures clients get what they contracted.Responsibilities and DutiesManage the life cycle of a Fine Tune client, including data gathering, implementation, and ongoing client interactionBuild and maintain strong supplier partnerships to ensure contracted program outcomes are delivered for clientsEnsure stated savings projections are met and identify the cause of any discrepanciesAssist with ongoing auditing of relevant expenses and contractual compliance for each assigned accountIdentify new cost savings opportunities for clients that drive revenue growth for Fine TuneRespond to client service issues and address questionsTrack tasks, credits, and other relevant data points in the CRM and other online platformsAssist in client renewals and client expansions into other service offeringsReport overcharges/non-compliance to suppliers on behalf of clients and follow up until such corrections occurPerform other job-related duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience with a proven track recordExperience with process documentationExperience navigating both client and supplier relationships5+ years of intermediate-level Excel experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to develop and present business cases to clientsProject manage all phases of a client engagementStrong critical thinking skillsDetail-oriented and organizedAbility to work remotely in a space free from distractionsAccountable to yourself and your teammatesBenefitsHealth/dental/vision/life/disability insuranceHealth Plan includes HSA and FSA plansPaid time off and paid holidays401K with employer matchCompetitive salary with significant bonus opportunities
