About the roleOur Real Estate Analyst supports the Accountancy Team and our marketing team. A ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness/aptitude to learn new skills are required. All team members can expect to learn all aspects of property management. You will receive training in all areas and ultimately be responsible for your accountancy tasks.ResponsibilitiesProcess transactions in QuickBooksAssist and coordinate with external accountant as neededProcess and schedule payments to vendors, service providers, utilities, taxes, etc.Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal financial proceduresManage and schedule content across social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)Create, organize, and maintain social media contentSupport marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiativesEnsure brand consistency across all digital marketing channelsRequirementsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in ExcelProficient in QuickBooksSelf-motivated to continuously learnWarningsNO temporary workers.NO working for another company at the same time.NO hiring subs to do what we hired you to do.We terminate immediately due to these violations.Working hours from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST.About the companyThis position is with Manna Capital Group, a property management and investment company specializing in managing properties for investors with portfolios of homes and/or multi-unit apartments that need offsite management.
