Responsibilities
We are hiring a detail-oriented Loan Admin Support Specialist from the Philippines to support a growing U.S.-based lending team.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in financial services, lending support, mortgage support, banking, bookkeeping, or administrative work involving financial documents and workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Support administrative loan workflows.
- Organize and review financial documents.
- Follow up on missing items and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and updates.
- Assist with general admin and operational support.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.
Preferred Knowledge / Exposure:
- Familiarity with Hard Money / Private Lending.
- Familiarity with NON-QM Loans.
- Familiarity with Bridge Loans.
- Familiarity with Fix & Flip.
- Familiarity with New Construction Loans.
- Familiarity with Business Purpose Loans.
- Familiarity with Business Line of Credit.
- Familiarity with FHA Loans.
- Familiarity with VA Loans.
- Familiarity with Commercial Financing.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Administrative or finance-related experience.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes.
- Reliable internet and remote work setup.
Important:
- We do not expect you to have personally processed loans before. However, having a general understanding of loan terminology, workflows, documentation, and the lending process is highly preferred, as it aligns closely with the administrative responsibilities of this role.
