Requirements and responsibilities

Looking for a challenging project where you manage your own autonomy and earn in USD? We are looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant to join our global team under an Independent Professional Services (ISA) scheme in Panama. We are looking for someone with previous experience in the Odoo ecosystem - a Business Analyst (BA) / Systems Engineer with strong logical knowledge (Python/SQL) who understands ERP workflows and can demonstrate this by passing the Odoo Certification Exam. Project and Deliverables: - Analyze business processes and map them efficiently within Odoo's native modules (CRM, Inventory, Invoicing). - Configure and parameterize the platform according to the technical requirements set. - Provide autonomous training sessions to end users. - Coordinate complex integrations with the development team. Profile: - Functional experience in Odoo ERP as a Business Analyst. - Languages: Native Spanish and Advanced English (C1) for international interaction. - Total orientation to results, proactivity and autonomous time management.
