• Provide cross functional support to Sales, Proposal, Marketing, & Implementation Teams to assist with management of the current and prospect client pipelines, according to established processes and procedures • Primary point of contact for inbound leads. Conduct all preliminary prospective client calls to obtain pre-qualifying information, answer basic inquiries and determine appropriate course of action and follow up • Management of the File Review Process • Scheduling appointments and meetings with prospective clients • Manages team calendars. Maintains timely reminders and communication between all parties. • Administration of HubSpot (CRM) content throughout the sales cycle. Ensuring all prospective lead data and activities are documented & recorded. • Review and validate all proposals and addendums to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to submission to prospective clients and existing clients • Tracking and managing all sales and marketing related data and ensuring completeness and accuracy of all documents and records. Provides updates to Sales & Marketing Teams. • Manage all event related tasks and projects from shipping & logistics to reservations & registrations within a deadline driven environment • Responsible for updates to Bloomfire, the company knowledge share platform, for all new processes and procedures for Sales Department • Handle both planned and unscheduled tasks and requests with appropriate urgency and prioritization • Communicate professionally with all levels of clients, industry partners and business relationships • Contribute to the overall success of Sales and Marketing to drive new business and continuously improve business results • Other duties as required.
