There are important knowledge gaps in specialized fields like Electrical Engineering, and we need your expertise to help strengthen these models (and further advance human understanding in these areas).RequirementsWhat exactly would you do?You'll collaborate with research teams to identify and close knowledge gaps, improving AI model performance in the Electrical Engineering domain.You will be designing and evaluating complex problems and solutions, while providing detailed, written feedback.RequirementsEducation: PhD in Electrical Engineering from a top US, UK, Canadian, or European universityWork experience: 2+ years of academic (research/teaching) or professional (engineer, researcher, or scientist) experienceSkills: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in EnglishLocation: Remote (must be based in the US, UK, Canada, or Europe)BenefitsCompensation: $100 to $120 per hourTime commitment: 15–20 hours per week (with potential to extend up to ~40)Project duration: Minimum 1–2 months, with rolling extensionsFully remote, asynchronous work providing flexibility and autonomyYou will be engaged as an independent contractor and paid weekly via Stripe Connect
