Own Lake Conroe is seeking a licensed or license-eligible Real Estate Agent with strong knowledge of the Lake Conroe, Montgomery, Conroe and Willis real estate markets.
The ideal agent understands the communities surrounding Lake Conroe and can confidently assist buyers and sellers with residential homes, waterfront property, condos, new construction, land and luxury real estate.
Own Lake Conroe operates a growing local real estate search and property information platform focused on helping consumers discover homes for sale in Lake Conroe, TX and understand the neighborhoods surrounding the lake.
This role is ideal for an agent who wants to combine traditional real estate sales with modern digital lead generation, local market expertise and online property search.

Responsibilities
- Assist buyers searching for Lake Conroe homes for sale, including waterfront, golf-course, luxury and traditional residential properties.
- Work with clients interested in communities such as Bentwater, April Sound, Walden on Lake Conroe, Grand Harbor, Point Aquarius, Montgomery, Conroe and Willis.
- Respond promptly and professionally to buyer and seller inquiries.
- Help buyers compare neighborhoods, property types, pricing and current Lake Conroe inventory.
- Schedule and conduct property tours and follow up with prospective buyers.
- Assist sellers with pricing strategy, property positioning and local market information.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of new listings, price reductions, pending sales and neighborhood activity.
- Build long-term relationships with Lake Conroe homeowners, buyers, investors and referral partners.
- Contribute local real estate knowledge to online buyer resources and neighborhood guides when appropriate.
- Maintain organized follow-up and CRM activity for incoming real estate leads.
Requirements
- Texas real estate license, or ability to obtain one before conducting licensed real estate activity.
- Strong familiarity with Lake Conroe real estate or willingness to develop deep expertise in the market.
- Knowledge of Montgomery County communities and neighborhoods.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with online buyer leads and digital property-search tools.
- Ability to explain local market conditions clearly to buyers and sellers.
- Professional, responsive and organized.
- Familiarity with waterfront property, acreage, luxury homes or new construction is a plus.
- Experience with MLS systems, real estate CRMs and online lead management is helpful.
