Location: Remote, India Job Type: Freelance / Contract Engagement: Project-based Work Arrangement: 100% Remote About the Opportunity ansrsource is looking for experienced Microsoft Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support the development of online certification courses for a global client. We are seeking professionals with strong hands-on industry experience who can bring practical knowledge into structured learning content and help learners understand real-world concepts, tools, and best practices. Areas of Expertise We are currently looking for SMEs in the following areas: 1. Forward Deployed AI Engineering Azure AI Foundry Microsoft Copilot Studio Agentic AI Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD Production AI solutions Forward-deployed, solutions engineering or enterprise AI experience 2. Azure Databricks Data Engineering Azure Databricks Apache Spark and Delta Lake Unity Catalog Data governance and lineage Large-scale data pipelines and streaming Production CI/CD workflows DP-750 certification is preferred 3. Microsoft Procurement with AI Tools Procurement and strategic sourcing Supplier evaluation and spend analysis Microsoft Dynamics 365 Microsoft Power Platform Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate Procurement compliance and automation 4. FP&A with AI Skills Financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting Financial reporting Advanced Excel and Power BI AI-assisted analytics Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools Key Responsibilities Review and enhance existing course content using your subject matter expertise Develop or contribute new technical/professional content where required Validate content for accuracy, relevance and alignment with industry practices Record professional screencasts and/or on-camera demonstrations using provided scripts Work closely with the learning design team to create engaging and practical learning experiences Help simplify complex concepts for certification learners Requirements Strong hands-on professional experience in the relevant domain Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent professional experience Relevant Microsoft or industry certifications are an advantage Strong communication and content-review skills Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and practically Comfortable recording professional screencasts and/or video demonstrations Previous experience creating, reviewing or delivering technical/professional training is a plus What We Offer 100% remote freelance opportunity Flexible schedule with milestone-based deadlines Project-based engagement Payment on a per-course basis Opportunity to contribute to global certification learning content Eligibility Applicants must: Currently reside in India Be legally authorized to undertake freelance/contract engagements in India Be available to meet agreed project timelines
