Remote Phone Sales Representative - Moving Company Los Angeles, CA base moving company is looking for a remote sales representative to handle incoming leads and turn inquiries into booked moves. We’re looking for someone who communicates naturally, enjoys speaking with customers, and follows up consistently. What you’ll do: - Handle incoming inquiries from Yelp, our website, phone calls, returning customers, referrals, and other platforms. - Speak with customers, understand their moving needs, explain our services and pricing, and book their moves. - Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email. - Work in our CRM to keep customer information, quotes, follow-ups, and bookings accurate and organized. - Coordinate with our team to ensure a smooth handoff from booking to moving day. What we’re looking for: - Fluent spoken and written English, clear pronunciation, and a natural, confident phone manner with US customers. - Previous phone sales experience and confidence handling pricing questions and objections. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple leads. - A reliable computer, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace. - Availability to work US (PDT) business hours. - Experience with a moving company or other home services business is a huge advantage. Experience using SmartMoving CRM is also a big plus.
