Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:Understanding of Finance business processes, including forecasting and budgeting cycles, financial consolidation & close, and corporate reporting requirementsStrong fnctional knowledge of one or more EPM modules.Focus on Oracle Fusion Operations, specifically Finance and EPMStrong technical and functional configuration skills in Oracle EPM solutions, including but not limited to solutions for Planning and Budgeting, Group Consolidation and Reporting, Profitability and Cost Management, Tax Reporting.Previous project experiences in finance transformation and accelerated close sub-ledger/ledger redesign; management reporting enhancement; enterprise data design and management; enterprise application integration; financial planning, budgeting and forecasting; business/merger integration; reconciliation redesign or improvementUnderstand Oracle Fusion Finance enough to support common effortsDevelop cohesive relationships with Finance, IT and business teams to build long-term strategies that align the design of the application with needs.Collaborate with process owners and subject matter experts to match requirements with configuration settings and create use cases to test for desired application functionality.Understand capabilities and identify risks and opportunities of deploying new functionalityProvide level 3 support, create and conduct instructor lead application trainingAbility to design and describe complex ERP (Finance and Operations) centric solutions on the Oracle Fusion platformNeed to be able to perform configuration, data migration, and integration activities from legacy systems to Oracle FusionQualifications:10-12 years of hands-on experience delivering Oracle EPM implementation projects such as FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, HFM, HPB and TAX reporting on Oracle EPM Solutions and Cloud ProductsStrong technical and functional configuration skills in Oracle EPM solutions, including but not limited to solutions for Planning and Budgeting, Group Consolidation and Reporting, Profitability and Cost Management, Tax Reporting, Disclosure Management, Data Integration using ODI, FDMEE and Data Management, etc.Experience with full-cycle implementation and upgrade of Oracle systems.Strong stakeholders’ management experience and good communication skills.A hard-working individual with good attention to detail.Produce and deliver documentation for design, training and application administrationInvolvement with a minimum of three (3) full life cycle Hyperion EPM implementationsInterested candidates can share updated CVs on roja.m@paraminfo.com
