Requirements and responsibilities


• Develop strategic multi-channel marketing proposals for CPG food companies • Interface with all brand partners/manufacturers to: • Setup relationship and integrate into our supply chain • Negotiate sales terms and offers • Establish unique marketing and promotional programs • Generate new business through prospecting, negotiating, and closing • Build and manage a qualified sales funnel of opportunities with brand managers, marketing departments and/or founders of CPG companies • Achieve a monthly/quarterly/annual sales goal with specific gross margin targets • Represent the company at trade shows and other networking events • Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate trusted relationships with clients • Manage a high volume of outbound contacts to uncover qualified sales opportunities • Navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and determine the buying process • Identify prospects’ business needs and goals to determine a solution • Work harmoniously in a collaborative and transparent cross-functional environment​
