About the Role:
- We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple cross-functional initiatives for a fast-growing organization.
- This is a fully remote, part-time contract opportunity for a highly organized professional who excels at managing priorities, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful program delivery.
- The ideal candidate is an experienced Program Manager with a proven track record of driving complex initiatives, managing distributed teams, and communicating effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
- Lead multiple cross-functional programs from planning through execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, timelines, and status reports.
- Coordinate priorities across business and technical teams.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and blockers.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and project health to ensure on-time delivery.
- Recommend and implement process improvements and project management best practices.
- Provide regular executive-level progress reports and program updates.
- Drive accountability across teams to achieve successful business outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Program Management experience.
- PMP Certification (required).
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple cross-functional programs simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with remote, distributed teams.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Available to work part-time with full overlap during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies.
- Experience managing software development or IT programs.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com, or similar.
- Experience in startup or fast-paced technology environments.
