Founded in 2019 by supply chain technology experts from Amazon and Zulily, the company is on a mission to help every eCommerce company provide its customers a great delivery experience while simultaneously reducing their costs to fulfill orders.About the roleThe Senior Account Executive owns a quota and runs our most complex, highest-value sales cycles end-to-end. Working with high autonomy, you’ll source, close, and expand enterprise accounts while orchestrating Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Customer Success, and Legal to make customers successful. This is a consultative, individual-contributor role for a seller who thrives in a fast-moving, technical environment.What you'll doOwn the full sales cycle — source, close new logos, ensure a healthy launch, and drive post-sale expansion with Customer Success.Close complex, multi-stakeholder deals (Director to C-level) within Shipium’s B2B segment.Run sharp discovery: diagnose pain, quantify impact, and tie Shipium to measurable ROI (cost, speed, conversion, efficiency).Build and execute account and territory plans; own pipeline end-to-end with accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.Tailor messaging, demos, proposals, and business cases to each buyer.Lead customer QBRs with Customer Success to drive retention and expansion.Spot deal blockers early and solve them to improve velocity and win rates.Negotiate enterprise contracts that build durable partnerships and leave room to upsell.Keep activity current in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and continuously refresh the pipeline.Coach teammates on objection handling and help sharpen the sales process and GTM strategy.Represent Shipium at trade shows and industry events.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor’s degree and/or 5–8 years in a SaaS or technical sales role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Proven track record of exceeding quota in B2B SaaS or technical enterprise sales — ideally selling to retail, e-commerce, supply chain, or logistics buyers.Experience leading consultative, multi-stakeholder cycles with six-figure-plus ACVs.Strong CRM skills (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management and accurate forecasting.Excellent discovery, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.Familiarity with shipping, fulfillment, parcel/carrier operations, or adjacent platforms (OMS, WMS, TMS, ERP) is a strong plus.At Shipium, Employees enjoy full medical, dental & vision coverage (with 65% coverage for dependents), optional life insurance and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, fully remote work-from-home options in 28* states, 8 paid weeks of parental leave, paid holidays annually, self-managed vacation time, sick & safety leave, and volunteer time off. Shipium is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
