Maximum Monthly Compensation: - Colombia: COP $2,680,000. - Mexico: MXN $16,000. - Peru: PEN $3,010. Work Schedule (EST): - Monday: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM. - Tuesday: 11:45 PM - 8:30 AM. - Wednesday: 11:45 PM - 8:30 AM. - Thursday: Closed. - Friday: Closed. - Saturday: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM. - Sunday: 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM. Job Objective: - We are looking for an Appointment Planner to support the coordination of schedules, interviews, meetings, and administrative operations. - This position requires an organized, detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining professional communication with candidates, clients, internal teams, and management. - Important: This is not a customer service role. It is an administrative role within a remote office. Main Responsibilities: - Manage calendars, meetings, and interviews. - Coordinate schedules among candidates, clients, employees, and internal leaders. - Make and receive follow-up calls, inquiries, and messages. - Confirm appointments and ensure adherence to established schedules. - Coordinate virtual meetings and necessary logistics. - Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation. - Support internal recruitment, training, and personnel coordination processes. - Update data, records, and provide administrative support. - Support processes related to time tracking and payroll. - Quickly resolve schedule changes and unforeseen situations. Requirements: - 1-3 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or planning positions. - Advanced English (90% written and spoken). - Excellent organization and time management skills. - Ability to multitask. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and planning tools. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Professional and interpersonal communication skills. - Confidentiality in handling information. - Problem-solving and adaptability skills.
