You'll be working with a friendly and whip-smart team supporting the National Science Foundation (www.nsf.gov).Job requirementsEssential Skills Required:Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud applications: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, plus strong PowerPoint expertiseKnowledge of both traditional and digital formatsStrong understanding of design principles and brandingSkilled with document layout, graphics, and infographics5 years minimum of professional graphic design experienceExperience with project and digital asset management softwareExcellent creative and innovative skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsMust be detail-oriented and well organizedAbility to use strong analytical and artistic approaches to solve complex issuesReport and PowerPoint presentation design: 3 years (Required)Graphic Design: 5 years (Required)U.S. Citizenship RequirementU.S. citizenship is required for this position due to the requirements of the role.Design PortfolioPlease provide a link to your design portfolio below. We are particularly interested in portfolios that demonstrate experience creating professional visual communications, such as reports, PowerPoint presentations, web/digital graphics, posters, one-pagers, fact sheets, and brochures.Pay will be determined based on years of graphic design experience, education, and portfolio.
