We’re seeking a Client Solutions Sales Specialist to help clients find the right services and convert leads into bookings.The Role:You’ll engage with warm leads, recommend services, and secure confirmed bookings remotely.Key Responsibilities:Convert warm leads into bookings.Understand client requirements and recommend services.Maintain accurate CRM records.Meet monthly sales targets consistently.What We Offer:R8,000 base + commission (OTE R25,000/month).Fully remote role.40 days paid annual leave.Career growth and development opportunities.Job requirementsMinimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development.Clear and professional communication in English, both written and verbal.Able to manage tasks independently in a remote setting.Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.Maintains resilience under pressure, handling rejection calmly.Track record of success in phone-based sales and meeting targets.Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Experienced with CRM systems for managing leads and client data.Skilled in negotiation and resolving customer issues effectively.Own reliable laptop/desktop.
