They will train learners in Correlation One’s programs and work with company operations personnel to drive exceptional learning outcomes. Their main focus as educators will be in larger format lectures, training anywhere from 30 to 300 learners, live, depending on the program.The ideal candidate will be an excellent educator with superior communication skills and a good sense for improving the Fellow experience. This person is a quick learner and diligent with their work. Candidates with demonstrated records in education and training, including successful tenures with other educational institutions or training programs, are preferred. Advanced credentials from top educational institutions are also preferred.We are currently adding Lead Instructors: Computer Support Specialist to our Expert Network, in anticipation of future projects and programs. This is a proactive hiring effort, where you will participate in our interview process and be added to our Expert Network. Once approved for our Expert Network, our team will be able to share various opportunities for you to support projects, programs, and our learners.
