About the RoleAs an Enterprise Account Manager at Jump, you'll be the primary relationship holder for a focused book of large financial institutions - responsible for adoption, retention, expansion, and C-suite engagement. You will manage the full account lifecycle, using a consultative approach to understand each firm's priorities and drive real outcomes: advisor productivity, practice growth, and operational excellence. This is a quota-carrying role: you own GRR, NRR, and expansion quota across your book.Key ResponsibilitiesLead consultative processes to deeply understand each institution's goals, pain points, and priorities - and translate that into a multi-year account strategyDevelop, negotiate, and close high-value expansion and renewal deals across multi-stakeholder organizationsRun Executive Business Reviews with C-suite stakeholders: CEOs, COOs, CIOs, and Compliance OfficersBuild relationships across executive, technical, and business stakeholders - you are never dependent on a single contactCollaborate cross-functionally with account executives, enablement, product, and leadership to deliver value throughout the client lifecycleManage a robust pipeline using CRM tools, providing accurate forecasting and reportingStay ahead of industry trends, client challenges, and the competitive landscapeAbout YouMinimum 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS account management (quota-carrying) or sales, with a track record of exceeding quotasProven success managing relationships with large financial institutions (RIAs, BDs, banks, or insurance firms) with accountability for NRR, expansion, and competitive retentionDeep experience with consultative, multi-stakeholder deal management and C-suite engagementStrong understanding of financial services workflows, compliance requirements, and advisory firm economicsExcellent communication and negotiation skills - comfortable running executive conversations and closing complex dealsHigh degree of ownership, self-motivation, and resourcefulnessBonus: Experience in fintech, wealthtech, or financial services; experience building enterprise AM programs at a high-growth startupCompensation and Benefits$155K - $215K OTE 75/25 splitEquityMedical, dental, vision benefits401k availableCompensation Range: $116K - $161K
