Requirements and responsibilities
WaitJI AI is India's first AI advertising marketplace for VS Code developers. Our extension shows one sponsored message in Claude Code's "Thinking..." spinner while the AI works — giving advertisers access to a highly focused, high-intent developer audience. Developers earn passive UPI income just by coding. Advertisers get guaranteed developer eyeballs at ₹200–800 per 1,000 impressions.
We are early stage, product is live, and we need people who can go out and bring in our first 20 paying advertisers.

What You Will Do
Identify Indian companies that would benefit from advertising to developers (SaaS tools, dev bootcamps, cloud platforms, fintech startups, hiring platforms, etc.)
Write and send cold outreach emails and LinkedIn DMs to marketing/growth teams at these companies
Follow up, handle objections, and get them to the point of creating a campaign on waitjiai.in
Track all outreach in a shared sheet — leads, contacts, status, follow-up dates
Share weekly update with the founding team on what is working and what is not
What You Will NOT Do
Fill out pointless reports that nobody reads
Attend 5 meetings per day that could have been an email
Work on fake projects that never ship
What You Will Get
10% commission on every advertiser account you bring (e.g., if a company deposits ₹10,000 campaign budget, you earn ₹1,000 — no cap)
Letter of recommendation from CTO, QivaLabs LLP (DPIIT-registered startup, LLPIN: ACV-6746)
Internship certificate valid for placement portfolios
Direct mentorship from the founding CTO on B2B sales, startup GTM, and growth
Pre-placement offer consideration for top performers after 60 days
Get to say you closed the first 20 advertisers for a live AI product — that is a real story for your resume
Who We Are Looking For
Final year students or recent graduates (any stream — marketing, business, engineering, communication)
Comfortable with cold outreach — email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp
Can write clear, professional English (Hindi is a bonus for regional outreach)
Has at least 2 hours per day to dedicate consistently
Self-starter who does not need to be reminded 3 times to follow up
We are NOT looking for: People who want a certificate without doing real work. This is a commission-only role — if you do not close deals, you do not earn. Be honest with yourself before applying.
