Requirements and responsibilities

Role Overview: We're looking for a Recruiter Intern to support our hiring team by sourcing candidates, screening resumes and coordinating the recruitment process.ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.Conduct initial HR screening calls.Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Interested can share their updated resume to anitha.mudaliyar@quantaleap.com
