Requirements and responsibilities

Capsa is looking for a PlanningEngineer to join our team Remotely and support project scheduling, progress monitoring, reporting and project control activities. Key Responsibilities:Develop, update and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.Monitor project progress against approved baseline schedules.Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and look-ahead schedules.Analyze critical paths, delays, schedule trends and potential impacts.Coordinate with Project Managers, Operations, and stakeholders for progress updates.Support recovery planning and delay mitigation.Maintain accurate planning records and schedule reports. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.2–3 years of experience as a Planning Engineer or similar role.Mandatory hands-on experience in Primavera P6.Strong knowledge of project scheduling, progress monitoring, critical path and delay analysis.Experience in baseline, look-ahead and recovery schedules.Oil & Gas, Construction, Engineering or Manpower project experience preferred.Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.Strong analytical, communication and coordination skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environment
