Hiring Immediately - Only USC and GCH Candidates can applyTitle: Business Systems Analyst – CRM with Sales force Commerce CloudLocation – Remote Work - EST/CSTType : Full-TimeSalary : $Market (Best Possible)Related Experience: MANDATORYAt least 3 years’ experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field, with specific experience in establishing and driving continuous improvement of CRM, ecommerce, and portal systems in a regulated environment.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Certifications/Licenses, and Affiliations: Experience with CRM system design, validation, training, and change management (Salesforce administrator experience preferred) Experience with experience platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud) - MANDATORYExperience with IT ticketing system for stakeholder management of system issues and requestsExperience designing and supporting digital portals (customer, partner, or employee-facing) Familiarity with analytics Ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences (technical to non-technical and vice versa)Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Project management capabilities (Atlassian JIRA & Confluence experience a plus) Experience with integration of ecommerce, portal, and CRM systemsAt least 3 years’ experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field
