We’re seeking a Product Manager to define and execute product strategy, roadmap, development, and GTM for a key area of our product experience, our UI/UX platform. Working with feedback from customers and internal stakeholders, you will prioritize high-impact solutions to customer problems and drive the launch of new products to satisfy our customers’ needs. This is an opportunity to play an important role in guiding the product direction of an expanding startup experiencing rapid growth. What You Will Do Own product strategy, roadmap, and goals for Nucleus’ UI/UX platform and associated functionality, including custom analytics functionality and other frontend customization features.Drive strategic product decisions by evaluating customer feedback and market trendsDefine and analyze metrics for product performance, and drive improvement against those metrics over timeSolicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, and coordinate cross-functional teams toward solving customer problemsWork closely with engineering teams to deliver shippable products.Minimum Qualifications4 - 7 years of experience in product management for a technology companyOwnership experience of B2B SaaS UX-focused productsThe ability to work under pressure and adapt to changeProven ability to work on highly technical products with complex technical requirementsExcellent written & verbal communication skillsExcellent analytical & presentation skillsComfort working with fully remote and distributed agile teams in multiple time zonesEntrepreneurial, self-starting mindset: you take ownership of problems and solutions, not tasksTrack record of delivering meaningful product enhancements to a diverse and demanding portfolio of enterprise customersExperience in development of products related to data analytics, search, or semantic middleware is highly preferredPreferred QualificationsExperience in vulnerability management or another area of cybersecurityExperience with products integrating native generative AI functionality (natural language search, agentic automated workflows, etc.)Experience shipping products within the context of a fast-paced AI-enhanced SDLCWhy You Should Be Excited You will work on a truly unique solution that’s defining a market and making an actual impact.
