Why This Role Is Important to ArcadiaThe Director, Analytics is a senior level position responsible for shaping analytic strategy and delivering high-impact insights across complex customer engagements. This role reports directly to the VP of Analytics and operates as the highest-level analytic authority on our productionalized analytics engines and dashboards; driving methodological rigor, influencing business strategy, and ensuring analytics directly support contractual commitments and measurable performance outcomes.This individual will lead a team of SQL analysts and BI developers to deliver scalable analytic solutions.
