Responsibilities

Off-Ramp Collectives LLC is expanding executive leadership as we scale our microgrid-powered EV transit networks and $0 construction debt host lease models along major highway corridors. We are opening an executive search for a Fractional Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead our commercial growth engine, investor pitch presentations, financial pro forma modeling, and franchise program rollout. Key Focus Areas: Institutional Capital & Financial Modeling: Serving as the lead presenter for Pre-Seed pitch decks, unit economic models, and institutional data room negotiations. Franchise Leadership: Designing and executing the commercial strategy for our 24/7 modular lounge and retail micro-market franchise packages. Host Site Acquisition: Structuring commercial real estate (CRE) ground leases with REITs, retail centers, and land owners. Structure & Alignment: Engagement: Flexible Fractional / Remote (10–15 hrs/week). Compensation: Performance Equity (1.5%–3.0% Class B pool) + Cash-on-Closed Success Fees (Capital closed, franchise fees, site leases). We are looking for a heavy-hitting operator with 10+ years in CRE leasing, clean-tech infrastructure, or franchise development.
