Requirements and responsibilities


• Respond to general IT requests from members of Vida’s workforce • Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues related to internal IT • Provision new hire IT resources, hardware, applications, and SaaS applications • Monitor our information technology systems to ensure they are performing and configured correctly, fixing any issues identified and carrying out upgrades as necessary • Contribute to larger IT projects to improve our end user IT experience, investigating new systems and services that can make our organization more efficient • Help to develop training materials for new hires related to Vida’s IT onboarding experience.
