Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the Senior Vice President • Coordinate meetings with clients or "borrowers", realtors, title agents, and the staff at the bank as directed • Assist with loan application intake and qualifying borrowers • Use Encompass loan origination software to enter to update loan information and upload confidential borrower information • Prepare reports & memos • Help manage and file expenses through collaboration with SVP and the corporate Accounting department • Help onboard new Bankers or team members • Manage payroll and bonus structures, time-card analysis, production reports and division budget • Help generate leads for mortgage loans through email and social media marketing Create original content and copy edit existing content.
