About the RoleDoublu is looking for US Non-IT Recruiters with strong experience in candidate sourcing, headhunting, screening, and recruitment for US Non-IT positions.This is an excellent opportunity for recruiters who are confident in sourcing quality candidates through various channels and building strong candidate pipelines.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and identify candidates for US Non-IT requirements using LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.Perform effective headhunting and passive candidate sourcing.Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, location, and eligibility.Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluate profiles against job requirements.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.Connect with candidates through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.Achieve daily/weekly sourcing and submission targets.Stay updated on US Non-IT recruitment trends and sourcing techniques.What We’re Looking For2–4 years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment.Strong hands-on experience in Sourcing & Headhunting.Good understanding of US Non-IT recruitment processes.Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean searches, resume databases, and referrals.Strong candidate identification and screening skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Target-oriented and self-motivated recruitment professionals.Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice are preferred.Work RequirementsRemote / Work From HomeCandidate must have a personal laptop suitable for professional work.Stable and reliable Wi-Fi/internet connection is mandatory.Must be comfortable working in the US Night Shift.Full-time opportunity with Doublu.How to ApplyInterested candidates can share their updated resume at: santhosh.shetty@godoublu.comInterested candidates can also DM me directly.
