Responsibilities

Job DescriptionWe're hiring an Executive Assistant to the CEO of a fast-moving ecommerce holding company. This isn't a traditional EA role built around a fixed list of admin tasks. The job is to make the CEO faster, more focused, and less mentally occupied by low-leverage work. You’ll own the obvious things — inbox, calendar, scheduling, bookings, follow-ups, communication. But the real value is further out: if the CEO is thinking “I need to remember to book that tomorrow,” the task is already consuming attention. The best EA prevents that thought from needing to happen. You anticipate, you remember, you follow through, you close loops.Scope extends beyond personal admin: you might be coordinating a trip one day, building a Notion dashboard the next, helping onboard a hire, or taking an operational project off another leader's plate. The common thread — if something is consuming the CEO's time and doesn't require the CEO, you should increasingly own it.What we're looking for:Meaningful EA, PA, or founder-support experience in a high-trust settingDemonstrated judgment — you can take an outcome, understand the intent, and figure out the stepsProactive: you look for what needs doing rather than waiting to be assignedFast, without becoming carelessHighly detail-oriented — small mistakes matter in a role built on trustReliable: things don't quietly disappear once they're yoursHonest — you flag problems early and push back when neededHighly coachable, with an appetite for direct feedbackComfortable with Notion, Slack, WhatsApp, and picking up new tools quicklyOn working styleSo there are no surprises: this isn't a 9-to-5. The CEO works and lives on weekends, so the role needs reasonable weekend responsiveness — not eight hours a day, seven days a week, but you can't routinely go dark for 48 hours. There should also be meaningful daily overlap with his hours. If you need a fixed list of responsibilities before acting, prefer tightly defined hours regardless of circumstances, or your ideal EA role is “tell me what you need and I'll do it,” this isn't the fit. What you'll get:Compensation based on experience and demonstrated ability, plus bonusesRemote contractor roleDirect daily work with the CEOExposure to major ecommerce ad accountsHigh-trust, no-micromanagement culture where autonomy grows with trust
