What We’re Looking ForLocal Mexican candidate with fluent Spanish + English1+ year of sales experience in the Solar PV industryStrong preference for candidates with Utility-scale PV project experienceExperience selling PV modules, inverters, EPC solutions, or related productsCandidates from manufacturers / EPC companies preferred; experience on the owner/developer side is not the targetStrong track record in large-scale solar projects rather than primarily rooftop, carport, or small distributed projectsProven sales performance and strong business development capabilitiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skillsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or a related fieldWillingness to travel domestically and internationally when requiredKey ResponsibilitiesResearch the Mexican market, identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamicsDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accountsIdentify and develop new business opportunities, particularly within the utility-scale solar marketNegotiate commercial contracts and agreementsAttend exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to develop new opportunitiesProvide technical support and solutions to customers in collaboration with internal teamsTrack sales activities, customer interactions, market developments, and sales performanceIdeal Profile: A commercially driven solar professional with strong knowledge of the PV industry, an established customer network, and hands-on experience winning and managing large-scale / utility PV projects.
