Responsibilities

Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) — remote, based in Colombia or Costa Rica, other LATAM considered. Must work US Central business hours. We are a US workforce solutions company staffing hotels and resorts nationwide. This recruiter joins our internal team and fills high-volume hourly hospitality roles for our clients: housekeepers and room attendants, kitchen staff at all levels (cooks, prep, dishwashers), servers, bussers, front of house, and front office. Requirements: - Full professional fluency in English AND Spanish, spoken and written. Both are required — candidate calls run in Spanish, internal work in English. - 2+ years recruiting hourly workers at volume. Hospitality, restaurant, staffing agency, BPO, warehouse or light industrial all count. Corporate or professional recruiting alone is not a fit. - Phone-first. High daily call volume, same-day callbacks, chasing candidates who don't answer the first time. - Comfortable with high candidate fall-off — treats it as normal and keeps the pipeline full. - Sources beyond job boards: Facebook groups, WhatsApp, referral chains, community networks. - Experience with an ATS (iSolved a plus). - Home office, reliable high-speed internet, quality headset.
