Remote Executive Assistant (EA) Part-time, Contractor Role Description: Crafted to Scale is seeking to engage a Remote Executive Assistant who is excited to partner with our growing business and scale their own practice alongside us. We love what we do and are looking to collaborate with someone who shares that same passion. Since this is a fully remote, collaborative network, we are looking for a responsible individual who is a self-starter and a quick learner. This engagement is focused on administrative execution with a layered reporting structure. The EA will coordinate directly with the Scale Agency Owner, while delivering services to the clients. Requirements: Excellent organization skills Detail-oriented Self-motivated and managed Able to follow instructions (and ask questions when unclear about expectations) Responsibilities may include: Customer servicing and support Daily email inbox management Daily calendar booking and coordination General day-to-day support Organize meeting materials Contact management Attend team meetings Monthly expense tracking and submission Update SOP documents as changes arise LinkedIn posting/coordination (occasional) Software: Google Workspace, with priority on email, calendar, Drive (required) Project Management tool such as Teamwork PM, Notion, Asana is an asset Team communication tool such as Slack or equivalent is an asset Salesforce experience is an asset HighLevel experience is an asset Ability to quickly learn new programs Availability Currently we require up to 20 hours per month; usually up to one hour per day, 5 days per week during Eastern time zone business hours. Future Opportunities The Remote Executive Assistant who excels in this engagement will be considered for equivalent level work for future contract opportunities with new clients.
