• Manage partner development, including defining key attributes, launch activities, partner certification and content development; • Accurately report revenue generated by partners against forecasted financial goals; • Build a substantial opportunity pipeline beyond what is required to achieve revenue goals; • Report to and work closely with the senior management in order to maximize revenue; • Lead the partner program activities to drive clarity, process discipline and expected results; • Coordinate the negotiation of business agreements with strategic partners; • Work with key internal stakeholders to develop and manage processes and procedures governing the partner activities; • Effectively manage challenging partner and client issues and situations, escalating where necessary. • Develop a vision, strategy and plan of execution to align our business with sales and services partners.
