Job summary: In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with team members and vendors to design, develop, and deploy high-quality healthcare software. You’ll provide technical leadership throughout the development process, working with architects and stakeholders to ensure our solutions are robust, scalable, and future-ready. Responsibilities: • Develop and support responsive web applications using Angular, ensuring high performance and scalability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Slack, Teams, and Azure DevOps to deliver high-quality projects. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprints, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure seamless project execution. • Convert user stories into functional components and interfaces, supporting a high standard of code quality. • Review and optimize code for performance and scalability; participate in peer reviews. • Contribute to reusable component libraries and continuous improvement initiatives. • Work closely with Product Managers, testing, and support teams to ensure technical requirements for new projects are captured, designed, and developed. • Provide leadership perspective on UX and visual design concepts and their impact on both front-end and back-end technologies. • Ensure consistent design patterns, methodologies, and documentation across all projects, promoting software engineering best practices and coding standards. Qualifications: • BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent work experience. • 3+ years of experience in front-end development, with strong foundations in Angular. • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Experience with responsive design, UX principles, and version control (Git). • Background in software development and system integration (Web APIs). • Excellent communication skills and experience working in fully remote, distributed teams. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, Azure DevOps). • Advanced English proficiency (B2+), you’ll be required to pass a proficiency test to join our team. • Experience with internationalization and localization techniques for multilingual support. • Familiarity with advanced CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS). Nice to have: • Experience with GitHub actions. • Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright and Puppeteer. • Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS. • Knowledge of design tools such as Figma or Zeplin.
