Our three-step process includes the following:
🔹 Business process mapping experience.
🔹 Automation Implementation using no-code and low-code processes automation tools like Zapier, Monday.com, or Make.com and marketing and sales automation tools like Hubspot and Salesforce.
🔹 Ongoing subscription to support customer automation implementations.
💻 Role description:
🔹 The business process automation analyst is crucial at Jeri. You will work directly with new customers to analyze their internal business processes, identify automation opportunities and create a business process map and automation project plan to present to the customer.
Your project plan will form the basis for the automation implementation phase of the customer project.
💻 Responsibilities:
🔹 Work closely with stakeholders on the client side to gather and analyze business requirements and identify automation opportunities.
🔹 Create an automation roadmap and project plan to automate customer business processes.
🔹 Present the project plan to the customer.
🔹 Work with the automation implementation team to plan the project and ensure deliverables are appropriately implemented during the implementation phase.
