Grain is looking for a dedicated individual to ensure smooth operations of food stations, prepare ingredients according to SOPs, maintain a sanitized kitchen environment, and ensure great presentation of dishes. The candidate should have experience in maintaining high quality and safety standards, be passionate about various culinary styles and techniques, and have strong communication skills. Training can be provided in English or Mandarin. Responsibilities: - Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of food stations - Ensure that ingredients are prepared in accordance with SOPs - Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen - Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment - Prepare ingredients - Ensure great presentation of dishes - Ensure all food and other items are stored properly - Check the quality of ingredients - Monitor stock and place orders for mise en place
