What you must bring to the table: * At least 1 year of documented experience as a recruiter. * Proficiency in conducting various interview types for a thorough candidate assessment. * A tech-savvy mindset and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal abilities. * Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English (essential). * A self-motivated, results-driven approach. A great plus: * Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
