The responsibilities include assisting in the build-out of comprehensive strategic company market landscapes, supporting industry and company diligence, preparing financial models, analyzing financial data, developing marketing collateral, and maintaining transaction lists for key sectors. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of demonstrated experience and knowledge in an M&A investment banking environment, strong financial modeling and analytical skills, and exceptional business acumen. If you are intellectually curious, proactive, and have a strong work ethic, G2 Capital Advisors is looking for you! Responsibilities: - Assist in the build-out of comprehensive strategic company market landscapes for M&A-focused mandates - Support industry and company diligence for M&A, financing, restructuring, and marketing needs - Prepare financial models for clients across industries and sectors - Analyze financial data to build financial models and review direct equity investment and M&A transactions - Develop marketing collateral for G2 mandates including sale processes, financings, assessments, and deal pitches - Maintain transaction lists for key sectors - Compose and deliver quarterly sector research reports for external distribution - Exhibit grace under pressure when working with extreme deadlines - Work cooperatively with team members toward a shared goal - Be available to provide timely communication to internal and external stakeholders on engagements as and when required - Independently manage competing timelines and priorities accordingly on engagements
