Responsibilities

We are looking for a bilingual virtual assistant (Spanish & English) who is detail-oriented, creative, and experienced in operations, Kajabi, and email marketing to support a growing coaching and digital business. ✅ What I want to achieve in my business: - Launch and scale my digital products (courses, coaching programs, UBC funnel, etc.). - Automate systems inside Kajabi (landing pages, email flows, offers). - Stay consistent with content, email marketing, and launches. - Free up my time from back-end operations so I can focus on strategy and creation. 🧠 Key requirements: - Fluent in Spanish & English (spoken and written). - Must be proactive, self-motivated, and organized. - Experience with Kajabi (uploading content, automations, email campaigns, managing offers/products). - Strong with email marketing platforms (kajabi, Flodesk, or Mailchimp experience is a plus). - Understands digital product funnels and client onboarding. - Able to manage Asana/Notion/ClickUp or similar project management tools. Bonus: - Experience with Canva, social media scheduling, or funnel strategy. 💻 hours & payment: - Starting part-time (ten to fifteen (10-15) hours/week), with room to grow into a full-time role. - Must be available during EST hours for team check-ins (flexible otherwise). - Payment via Remitly. - Rate depending on experience: six to eight ($6-$8) USD/hour.
