Must-haves:
* 8+ years of experience as a full-stack web developer.
* 2+ years of technical leadership or mentoring experience, guiding teams on architecture and design best practices.

* Experience collaborating with product teams to align on priorities and navigate timelines.
* Balanced expertise in front-end and back-end development.

* Proficient in React.
* Proficient in .NET Framework, .NET 6+, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
* Strong understanding of React fundamentals, including components, state, and hooks.
* Hands-on experience with Entity Framework and Entity Framework Core.
* Deep knowledge of SQL and relational database design.
* Experienced in applying software design patterns and industry best practices.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

What you will work on:
* Lead technical direction for a small, fully remote team, dedicating significant time to hands-on coding and development.
* Act as the primary bridge between product strategy and technical execution.
* Guide architectural decisions and design solutions for web and mobile applications.
* Build scalable backend and front-end services for a web app.
* Develop features, tools, and fixes, along with comprehensive documentation.
* Enhance scalability, performance, and usability while ensuring post-launch stability.
* Work closely with Product Managers on roadmap planning, development, and ongoing maintenance.
