🚀 Our client is looking for a Technical Support Specialist with a focus on QA and automation. It is a Fintech and mobile platform that uses modern technology to make the real estate payment process easier, safer, and faster. 🟠 Education and experience: ◽ At least two years, working in Customer Support or a similar role for a US-based or English-speaking company, is required. ◽ Bachelor's or associate degree in Computer science or related field, or equivalent experience, required. 🟠 Required skills and abilities: ◽ Excellent verbal and written communication skills - English. ◽ Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. ◽ Strong supervisory and leadership skills. ◽ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ◽ Excellent time management skills. ◽ Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. ◽ Proficient with Google Workspace, Jira, and Zendesk. ◽ Ability to explain technical issues to technical and non-technical employees and customers. ◽ Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of software and technical products. 🟠 Responsibilities: ◽ Provides technical support: identifying, investigating, and resolving users' problems with mobile apps for problems that are not yet identified and resolved through the knowledge base. ◽ Creates and maintains training and operating manuals, and knowledge base, and creates automation for self-guided support. ◽ Creates processes for issues that cannot be solved through the knowledge base. ◽ Collaborates with the development team to identify and resolve bug tickets. ◽ Monitors implementation of QA processes and plans. ◽ Performs routine inspections and quality tests. ◽ Addresses and discusses issues and proposed solutions with operations and development. ◽ Performs other related duties as assigned. ◽ Must be able to work 9 am to 5 pm, Eastern Standard Time.
