Requirements and responsibilities


We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to support our operations in bookkeeping, payroll, collections, and bill creation. This is a remote, part-time position. Full training will be provided. Responsibilities * Assist with bookkeeping tasks, payroll processing, and account reconciliations. * Create and manage bills, invoices, and payment tracking. * Support collections and follow up with clients regarding payments. * Maintain accurate and organized financial records. * Communicate effectively with an American accountant and internal team in English. * Provide general administrative support to the accounting team. Requirements * Good English communication skills (written and spoken) — must understand accounting and financial terms in English. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and payroll processes (training provided). * Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. * Stable internet connection and availability to work remotely.
