Role OverviewWe are looking for a seasoned SAP BRIM Testing Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Convergent Charging (CC) to join an end-to-end BRIM implementation program for our client, ServiceNow. The consultant will own the charging-side QA workstream, ensuring that charge plans, rating, pricing logic, and integration with upstream and downstream components are validated for functional and performance correctness.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute end-to-end testing for the SAP BRIM suite with primary focus on Convergent Charging (CC).Analyze charging, rating, and pricing requirements; translate them into detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.Validate CC configurations including charge plans, charges, offers, counters, pricing tables, allowances, and refills.Test rating, charging, and mediation flows for one-time, recurring, tiered, and usage-based subscription models.Execute integration testing across CC ↔ SOM ↔ CI ↔ FI-CA and upstream capture/mediation systems.Perform volume, stress, and performance validation on high-volume rating and charging scenarios.Partner with functional consultants and developers on defect triage, RCA, and resolution; maintain requirement → test case → defect traceability.Support SIT, UAT, regression, and cutover testing; contribute test evidence for audit and go-live readiness.Build and maintain regression suites; identify automation candidates and contribute to automation coverage.Publish test status dashboards, defect metrics, and quality reports for program leadership.Required Skills & Experience8+ years of SAP testing experience with 4+ years hands-on in the SAP BRIM suite.Strong hands-on testing experience with SAP Convergent Charging (CC) – charge plans, pricing, rating, mediation, and CDR processing.Thorough understanding of BRIM end-to-end architecture: SOM → CC → CI → FI-CA.At least one full end-to-end SAP BRIM implementation cycle (design → build → test → deploy → hypercare).Proficiency with test management tools: HP ALM, qTest, JIRA, Zephyr, or Azure DevOps.Experience validating integrations with S/4HANA, CRM, middleware (PI/PO, CPI), and mediation layers.Strong SQL skills and comfort analyzing CDRs, rated events, and charging tables.Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present QA status to client stakeholders.Nice to HavePrior experience on ServiceNow, or with SaaS / subscription-based enterprise clients.Exposure to performance testing tools (LoadRunner, JMeter) for CC rating volumes.Automation experience with Worksoft Certify, Tricentis Tosca, or Selenium.ISTQB, SAP BRIM, or equivalent certifications.Agile / SAFe delivery experience.[Saint Lewis / Senior Recruiter]
