No proxy, no PM buffer.Build end-to-end solutions across the stack backend-heavy, but you don't say "that's not my job" when the front needs fixing.Use AI tools daily for coding, QA, architecture decisions, and anything else that makes you faster and sharper.Build AI-powered features and integrations: agents, LLM-based workflows, RAG systems this is where the work is heading.Help clients understand what's possible with AI, not just deliver what they asked for.What we're looking forMust have:Strong backend experience in Java, .NET, PHP, or JS/TS we care about engineering thinking, not the specific languageReal, daily use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar) not "I've tried it," but "I build with it"Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) you've integrated at least one into a real projectComfort working directly with clients and stakeholders you can run a technical conversation without someone translating for youFull-stack capability you're backend-strong, but you can handle frontend tasks when neededEnglish & Polish written and spoken, confidentlyNice to have:Experience building agentic systems, RAG pipelines, or AI-powered automationsFamiliarity with prompt engineering and context design, you know that "just ask ChatGPT" is not a strategyConsulting or product mindset you've been in rooms where the problem wasn't fully defined yet and you didn't freezeWhat you won't find anywhere elseUnlimited AI tokens we cover Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and more.
